Magnetic Island – lazy

Sunday 7th of August 2011
Magnetic Island | lazy
Sunday today so we did nothing. We got a morning call to the helicopter landing place where Hoyt spoke with a journalist about the weeding he is doing for 10 years, to get rid of some weeds, which are a nuisance or really poisonous:
"Hoyt is looking for a hand".
After that action, we spend the afternoon on the veranda, chatting, drinking tea and having some biscuits.
We walked on the beach close to the main road to the Rocky Bay Beach and Hoyt made me to pick up all the rubbish which was along the road collecting it and dumping it into the bin at the bus stop at X-Base Lodge. Then he felt some pain from his intestines and left me to go back home, and I walked to the Rocky Bay Beach by myself and had a nice swim. On the way back, I took my time and made countless photos.
Dinner was fine, we had chicken from Food works, baked potatoes and some fresh veggies.
